When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, and your order details (items, pickup date/time). Payments are processed securely by Square — we do not see or store your full card number.
How we use it
- To prepare and fulfill your order.
- To send you order updates and confirmations by text message (SMS).
- To make reordering easier and to contact you about your orders.
- To keep simple records of our customers for our own bakery use.
Text messages (SMS)
By placing an order you agree to receive order-related text messages at the phone number you provide. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for help. Opting out of texts may limit order updates we can send you.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only as needed to run our bakery — for example, with Square (to process your payment) and our messaging provider (to deliver your texts). We may disclose information if required by law.
